Our Mission:-

We will continuously look for ways to make our operation more efficient and more environmental friendly in support of long term sustainability. Set targets and closely monitor results through regular performance analysis, readings and responses that cover the main areas of water and energy conservation.

Water Conservation:-

-                     Clients are advised to ensure that taps are well closed when not in use.

-                     Clients are encouraged to- re-use towels when possible

-                     Water saving devises are installed in bathroom fittings to reduce water consumption.               

Electricity Conservation:-

-                     Clients and staff are advised  by means of stickers and signage to switch off areas which are not in use.

-                     Temperatures for our Air conditioning system are centrally set which makes us control useless energy wastage

-                     Terrace doors are installed with cut-off devices to save consumption when doors are opened.

-                     Most of the Hotel is on Energy Saving lamps and we are in process to changeover to Led light systems.

Fuel Conservation:-

-                     The hotel Boilers are serviced periodically to maintain the best efficiency possible

-                     Boilers temperatures are adjusted regularly and according to change in ambient temperature to ensure that fuel consumption is kept to a minimum level.

-                     Gas systems are serviced periodically whilst leak detectors are installed and automatic switch off devices are in place to make sure no losses are permitted 

Communication and Education-

-                     Regular meetings are held between Head of Departments and also with staff in order to keep everyone abreast of developments and results achieved and discuss other measures that can be adopted to improve energy efficiency

-                     Emphasize the benefits and returns on energy conservation and the savings in costs which make the entire operation more sustainable, both financially and also environmentally.
